Makeup Products I’ve Been Loving For Spring 2021

I’ve recently been getting back into my love for makeup, so I thought I would compile a list of some of the holy grail products that will definitely be taking me through this spring.

1. Charlotte Tilbury Eyes to Mesmerize Cream Eyeshadow in Oyster Pearl ($32)

Despite hearing raving reviews about these cream eyeshadows, I was reluctant to buy for a long time due to their hefty price tag. After I finally caved, I must admit that these cream eyeshadows are worth the hype surrounding them – they are perfectly creamy and pigmented, and super easy to apply. A little goes a long way, so I am sure one jar of these will last long enough to get your money’s worth.

2. NYX Butter Gloss in Tiramisu ($5)

Okay, okay…I know in the era of masks, lip gloss seems rather obsolete. However, I have been a longtime lover of NYX’s silky smooth butter glosses, and I am 100% positive that this shade will still be relevant when we finally can ditch the masks. Tiramisu is the perfect brownish pinky nude and has become my go-to lip shade.

3. Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi Sunshine Drops ($36)

Not exactly a makeup item per se, but I’ve been loving these bronzing drops from Drunk Elephant so much that I had to include them. All you have to do is mix a drop or two into your favorite moisturizer and you will get a beautiful, sun-kissed glow. I’ve been enjoying using these on my “no-makeup” days, and I always get compliments on how healthy I look every time I use them.

4. L’ORÉAL Telescopic Mascara ($9.29)

Over quarantine, I went on a quest to find the ultimate mascara After months of searching, and some seriously underwhelming mascaras, I rediscovered one of my favorite mascaras from high school. The perfect mix of length and volume, this mascara has got to be my favorite in my makeup collection. Plus – it is super affordable and doesn’t bother my super sensitive eyes like many other mascaras do.

5. Marc Jacobs Highliner Gel Eye Crayon in Plum ($26) ($15)

I have been swearing by the Marc Jacobs Gel Eyeliners for years – they’re waterproof, non-irritating and stay pigmented all night long (What more could you ask for from an eyeliner???). I’ve recently branched out from my usual brown shade to this bright purple one and I have been love how fun it is. If purple’s not your thing, they have a ton of different shades, and they are on sale right now for $15.
