“This shoot was inspired by the daring neon colors of New York Fashion Week SS19 and the loud street styles of New York City. Street style has become more bold and vivid and it is no surprise that neon has made a comeback. We wanted to show the edge and contrasts of wearing neon by highlighting the neon pieces in dark spaces. The sharpness of the makeup, the intense pop of the clothes, and the lighting of the space makes a solid statement that neon is here and you’ll be sure to notice it.”
