It’s after spring break and you are no longer in some tropical location soaking up the sun and stretched out by the beach. Never fear, online shopping is here; you can still feel like you are in Cancun by stocking up on peasant tops before April.
Peasant tops are a go-to for spring because they cover your arms but are made out of thin, breezy material. Plus, they can be transitioned from the slightly colder weather of late March and early April to a warmer May. A cold-shoulder detail, which seems to be popular this season, is not only trendy, but also shows off your spring break tan.
For a cooler sunny day, pair a dark embroidered peasant top with skinny jeans and suede booties, or perhaps with boyfriend jeans and flats for a more relaxed look. Play up the outfit with a wide belt. Layering with a loose cardigan or a light khaki jacket is also a cute option.
