A Summer Alternative to the French Manicure
Neon will always be paired with summer. It’s eye catching, bright, and makes your first tan of the season look just a bit darker. For those of you who want to add a pop of color to any outfit, try this subtle yet stunning nail design. It only takes two steps!
1) Choose a nude base color such as Essie’s “Barefoot and Topless” polish to paint on an opaque layer.
2) Then line the outer rim of the nail with a nail-dotting tool using any neon polish (try Illamasqua’s nail varnish in “Collide”).
So toss the fading highlighters you used on countless textbook pages, and instead highlight your nails with the brightest neons out there.
