This past Wednesday, Penn’s premiere food magazine, Penn Appétit celebrated the launch of its 2012 Spring Issue. Dozens came out in support and packed St. Elmo’s. A wide variety of food was catered by local restaurants; the sumptuous options included: deviled eggs from Supper Restaurant, delicious sandwiches made on site by Koch’s Deli, baklava from Marrakesh, vegetarian glass noodles from Koja Grille, and even more options. It was a lovely event and layout editor, Ellen Amaral, was quite proud of it, saying that, “Penn Appetit has great writers and photographers and I’m so happy to have the privilege to do the layout. The food is beautiful and interesting and I hope people feel that when they read our magazine.”
