[The WALK Around the World] Wearing Paris in Philly

After a semester abroad in my dream city, Paris, I’m finally settled back into Penn and Philadelphia.  I’m still missing many things about Parisian life — the museums, the language, the pain au chocolat breakfasts — but at least I got to bring a little bit of Paris back home with me.  I’m talking about the clothes I bought, of course.  In arguably the most fashionable city on earth, it was hard not to shop endlessly, but I restrained myself by remembering that I’d have to squeeze it all into my suitcase to head home at the end of the semester.  I just purchased a few things here and there that really felt special.  Here are some of my favorite finds!

I found this sweater at a little boutique on Ile St-Louis. It has become one of my favorite items of clothing. It's so comfortable, and I love the little cut-out holes.

I'm obsessed with this vintage flower blazer. I found it in the Marais, a neighborhood famous for its thrift stores.

I found this vintage dress at a different thrift store in the Marais. The construction is really cool up close, and it looks so great with a pair of tall brown boots.
