Steven Starr’s relatively new venture, The Dandelion, is a hit! Located on 18th and Sansom and offering British gastro-pub food, The Dandelion provides the city with a cool new place to have a loud, long dinner with friends, share a drink at the communal bar, or pop in for a snack by the fireplace. Being adventurous with food is a must though, as Dandelion’s best dishes are a little off the wall. Try the butter lettuce salad, the perfect fish and chips, and the melt-in-your-mouth macaroni and cheese (above). If you’re really daring – opt for the pork belly or the foie gras. Make sure you leave room too, as Dandelion’s cheese plate, carrot cake, and apple crumble aren’t worth leaving behind. So put on those fabulous wide-legged pants people (in case you have to unbutton the top button) and get fancy with nail tatoos, because The Dandelion’s your next stop for a night on the town!
