As summer rolls on, nothing cools you down on those hot days like a bowl of fresh fruit. Not only are they refreshing, fruits are light on calories and packed full of important nutrients. But which ones to choose? Below we have a created a guide on which fruits are best in what nutrients.


While fruits are typically low calorie, some diets suggest limiting yourself to how many you eat due to the high sugar content.
